Indian Trade Marks Office Provides Updated List of Missing Registered Trade Mark files for each Branch
Via Public Notice dated 29/07/2011, Indian Trade Marks Office informs public and registered proprietors that pursuant to the steps taken by the Trademark Office Registry of India and through cooperation of the registered proprietors of their respective trademarks in India the number of physical missing trademark files is reduced to 8183.
However, in respect of the last date of submission of documents available with the registered proprietors /Trademark agents has been extended upto 31.10.2011.
